Celebrity Gifting: Teal Briolette Necklace for the 2016 GBK Golden Globes Event

Big news—I just finished gifting nearly 100 of my teal briolette necklaces for the 2016 GBK Golden Globes Celebrity Gift Lounge! It’s the most I’ve ever produced at once, and my studio looked like a sparkling teal assembly line for weeks.

Each necklace is made with a vibrant peacock hydro quartz briolette, hand-wrapped in sterling silver and hung on a classic silver chain. It’s a piece that always gets attention at shows, so I thought it’d be a perfect fit for a star-studded event like the Golden Globes.

This opportunity came through The Artisan Group, and the idea that celebrities, stylists, or even just the people behind the scenes might walk away with a piece of my jewelry is wild. I can’t say for sure who received them, but just being a part of such a high-profile gifting suite is a milestone for CY Design Studio—and definitely a proud “pinch me” moment.
