Have a question? I’m here to help.
Have a question about a piece, need help with an order, or have something custom in mind? Send me a message! You’re reaching me — Candice, the owner and maker behind CY Design Studio — not a customer service department.
I’m happy to help with product questions, orders, custom jewelry, gifts, wholesale inquiries, or just about anything else CY Design Studio related.
Email: hello@cydesign.studio
I’m usually very quick to respond to email during business hours.

Yep, you can text me! Please include your name and order number if you’re contacting me about an existing order.
Studio Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Eastern
After 1:00, I trade jewelry tools and emails for my other full-time job: being Mom. 💛 Messages that come in later in the day or over the weekend will usually get a reply during my next studio hours.
