Gifted to Black-ish: Custom Rose Gold Initial Necklace Submission

In 2015, I had the incredible opportunity to submit one of my personalized designs to the costume stylist for ABC’s Black-ish. The necklace I created was a hand stamped rose gold piece, featuring the initials of all the kids on the show—A, Z, J, and D—each stamped onto a delicate disc and strung together on a dainty rose gold chain.

While I never received confirmation that it appeared on air, being able to design something so meaningful and send it to such a beloved TV family was a milestone in my jewelry journey. It’s always a thrill to imagine a favorite character or actor opening a box with my work inside!

About the Necklace:
This necklace is crafted from hand stamped rose gold-filled discs, each personalized with an initial. The discs are linked together and attached to a delicate rose gold chain—simple, elegant, and totally custom.

Whether or not it made it onto the set, the experience pushed me to keep submitting my designs for TV and celebrity opportunities. Every submission is a reminder that my work might just be seen (or worn!) by someone whose art inspires me right back.
