Hello Lovely!

Please read the following requirements carefully and then fill out the form below:

• Avoid strong colors. Stick to white or pinks / pastels.
• Avoid patterns. No stripes, polka dots, etc.
• Wear tops that expose the collar bones for necklaces
• Avoid heavy makeup. Neutral looks are best.
• Make sure nails are clean, trimmed and polished.
• Bring several changes of clothes so we can mix it up!
